Before

Before

The kitchen’s original layout was dated and inefficient. It lacked both storage space and counterspace, with the toaster and coffee maker taking up most of the surface space.

The microwave floating on the wall gives the kitchen an unfinished air and is separated from the rest of the kitchen. The existing design lacked consideration for workflow making everyday life more frustrating instead of bringing ease to the start and end of the day.

We Designed And Executed It

Watch The Transformation

This transformation came in two stages: first the perimeter was renovated then the island was installed. The design was made elegant with beveled shaker cabinets but budget-friendly with laminate countertops. The gold tone hardware adds an understated luxury to the kitchen. Stacking the washer and dryer was a practical design move allowing for more storage and counterspace.

The warm wood tones of the maple stained island brings richness and natural character back into the heart of the home. The addition of a coffee bar broke up the extra space and made a home for the small appliances such as the coffee maker.
